They didn't have breakfast, The place was nice. We had stayed there years ago and knew the area.
We were leaving on Wednesday and they ask us to vacate our room on Tuesday so they could move in new furniture. We saw how they put our neighbors out of their room on Monday. It was cold, so we stayed in that last day.

It has great and incredible location close enough to the Gulf, so many restaurants and walk-in distance to many restaurants. Great nearby places include Ricky T's Bar & Grille, we usually had drinks there. A standard queen room has basic facilities you need:)))

the atmosphere created was family. it was in a beachfront setting to the sanding ovations event. i was surprised at nearby tootsie's sugar shop, they had some goodies, drinks.
There was pool to be added.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
I gotta say, the friendly staff made a solid impression on me. From the desk clerks to the maintenance guys who came to check our A/C, all were ready to help and super helpful.
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but tolerable for what we got.

We liked the comforts of this small hotel. The room was recently renovated and equipped with balcony and a kitchenette, for instance as described. The property had a prime location minutes away from Maykel Art Gallery.
Definitely, there was pool missing, we were a little disappointed.

My kids wished the check-in would have been quicker to get to the beach sooner. It would be great if the larger pool was open earlier in the day for families.
